The position will be reporting to both the Managing Director of GVA and to KBR's Senior Vice President of Sales for the Oil & Gas Business Unit.

The primary responsibilities will include:

This is a key position within the company and the BD Director will be proactive in identifying and developing the new business opportunities on a world wide basis.
Work with the various KBR companies to maximize the market penetration in each current and planned target industry sector.
The BD Director will lead pursuits from inception to deal closing and as such be innovative in the approach to commercial problem solving.
Work closely with the global sales team of GVA and KBR Group companies, the successful candidate will lead all global sales and marketing activities of GVA.
For larger projects hands-on lead bidding, lead negotiations and close new sales contracts.
Instrumental in working with the GVA and KBR management team in setting the future strategic course for the company.
Setting yearly sales and marketing plan including KPIs, action plans and follow-ups.
Directly drive and participate in continuing building GVA´s global relationships with Oil&Gas companies, Vessel/Facility Owners & Operators, Drilling Contractors, Ship Yards and other key players in the industry.
The job involves extensive traveling.
Position will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Profile

The ideal candidate has qualifications and competencies which primarily include:
Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil&Gas / Marine Industry preferably with engineering company / consulting company / drilling company / offshore brokers / oil company.
Extensive network with key clients such as oil companies, drilling contractors, investment companies, vessel and facility operators and owners, shipbrokers, shipyards, and similar. The candidate will keep abreast of market developments.
Successful track record in managing the sale and marketing function on a global scale, particularly in the Offshore and Marine field with focus on Oil&Gas Companies, Vessel/Facility Owners & Operators, Drilling Contractors and Ship Yards.
Good business acumen and track record in successful business lead development and closing deals.
Demonstrated leadership skills across multi-cultural teams and environments.
Self starter with a hands-on approach.
Good interpersonal skills and a good communicator, in particular at high level
Communicates is English as a native language or fluently, effective at the highest levels of owner or corporate hierarchies.
Swedish language skills are a plus.
Team player
Must understand industry EPC projects. Should ideally have Industry EPC project experience

Position

The Quality Assurance & HSE Manager at GVA will be part of the GVA’s Management Team. The position will be reporting to the Managing Director of GVA. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The primary responsibilities will include:

· This is a key position within the company.

· Ensure that the service the organization provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations.

· Coordination of the activities required to meet quality standards.

· Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system.

· Liaising with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA/HSE system is functioning properly.

· Implement principles for performance evaluation and prediction of methods used to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability.

· Responsible for maintaining quality standard of GVA deliverables.

· Implement health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and company safety.

· Create incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE.

· Interacting with service personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.

· Be informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards.

· Develop and implement systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.

· Conduct internal quality audits

· Promote and be an advocate for safety and a safe environment.

Profile

The ideal candidate has qualifications and competencies which primarily include:

· B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering.

· Minimum 10 years experience in Quality Assurance or closely related areas.

· Relevant skills and experience from HSE Awareness and Techniques.

· Ability to establish long and short-term plans, procedures and processes that are complete, accurate and efficient.

· Ability to implement strategic plans effectively and responsive to future needed goals, strategy and direction.

· Competence to manage others in the implementation of QA/HSE requirements.

· Good interpersonal skills and communicates is English and Swedish as a native language or fluently

· Team player that is good at integrating QA/HSE work into the entire organization.

· Self starter with a hands-on approach.

· Attention to details.

· Experience from global large scale engineering projects is essential.

· Experience from industrial EPC projects is valuable.
